Will I receive a tracking number?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking link. You can track your package 24/7 on the carrier's website.

What about customs and duties?

For orders outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply. These are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Can I change my address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at info@fenomenbrand.store. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll update it. Once shipped, changes aren't possible.

My order is delayed — what do I do?

First check your tracking link. If there's no movement for 5+ business days, contact us and we'll resolve it.
