How to return — step by step
Email returns@fenomenbrand.store with your order number and reason for return. We respond within 24 hours.
We'll send you a return authorization number and shipping instructions. Without this number, returns cannot be processed.
Pack the item in original packaging with all tags attached. Use a tracked shipping service.
Once we receive and inspect the item (1–3 business days), the refund is processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
Defective items
If you received a damaged or defective item, we cover return shipping and send a replacement immediately. Email us with photos at returns@fenomenbrand.store.
